Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions
Products cannot be shipped to:
Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont
We only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Age Verification
Adult Signature Required: All packages require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Please ensure someone 21 or older will be available to receive the package.

Tracking Your Order

Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
Orders Are Fully Insured
All orders are fully insured during transit. If your package is lost or damaged before it is marked as delivered, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Delivered Orders Are Not Covered
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure address or using a delivery option that requires a signature.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@chunkyacademy.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
No Refunds Based on Product Effects
We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on taste, smell, or personal experience with effects. Everyone’s body responds differently to cannabinoids.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers who file false chargebacks or payment disputes will be blacklisted from placing any future orders with us. We take fraudulent disputes seriously and will respond with supporting documentation, including tracking and product details.
